Teixiera Farms

Teixiera Farms' system is unique in that only one of the pump motors is located at the solar array. The second is 500' and the third is 2,000' away from the array. All feed to the remote locations is by underground cable. This allows the farm to use all the ground in the fields next to those tow locations. The site of the array was an equipment storage yard. The array is elevated so that the equipment parks under the panels.

Great White Dental Labs

Great White Dental's unit is somewhat unique in that SPS constructed the panels over the parking lot with no reduction in parking spaces. This uses the "dead space" over the cars for power generation. This approach provides excellent cooling for the panels allowing them to operate at a higher efficiency.
